I am so grateful for your wonderful reply and so happy for the gospel work you are doing in the Lord's service. We do not have elders in nearby congregations. This is our main situation, and for this reason, we are not in God's plan perfectly and without proper teaching of the truth. We have been hearing about elders and their position in the Heavenly Father's plan.
