How do you deal with stress?


Would you mind giving me some ideas about methods for dealing with stress?


This would be a good topic to dig deeper into, but I don't want you to wait for me to get something done. I have a good friend, Pat Gates, who has written a good bit about this. She has an on-line magazine: Our Hope Online which deals with difficulties in life, mostly from a woman's point of view. One of the topic areas is "Learn to Live With Negative Thoughts and Emotions." What you will find there is a collection of articles all dealing with the same topic, so there is some repeating of information because the articles were originally published in different issues.
