I am doing penis foreskin restoration. I made progress, but now my penis has become small and I am not getting erections. I am very scared. I do know what I am going to do. Please suggest some idea on how to get my erections back. If I hold my penis, I can get semen to come out without an erection. I'm worried because I am not married yet.
What have you been doing? What method of foreskin restoration were you using? Was any surgery involved?

I am using the tape method. I didn't have any surgery or operation. My weight is around 82 kg (180 lbs) at present and my height is 5'2''.
The problem is I can't get erect nowadays. In the morning, I feel like I should be erect but I am not. Three months ago I had no problems getting erections, but now I can't get erect even if I try. I want to get my r my erections back. I am fully depressed. I do not know what to do. I am just 25 years old and I'm getting married next year. I can't consult with a doctor.
Unless you are extremely muscular, your weight is much too high for your height.
There are two possibilities:
1) It was just a coincidence that you are having health issues at the time when you tried to get your foreskin to grow.
2) You are so concerned about your erections that you are mentally interfering with your erections without meaning to do so.
Here is what I recommend for the moment since you can't see a doctor right now:
1) I want you to get your weight down to about 60kg. To do that, eliminate all sweets from your diet, except once a week. When eating, never eat more than one fist size portion of any one thing, or if eating meat, the slice of meat can be no bigger than the palm of your hand. Eat no more than three things at a meal.
2) Start exercising. You must do something that gets your heart rate up for about 30 minutes to an hour each day.
3) Stop using the tape.
4) Stop masturbating for a week or two.
I want you to get your mind off of your penis, your foreskin, and your erections. Focus for the time on getting leaner and fitter.
