How can it be wrong for a divorced couple to have sex since God doesn't recognize their divorce?

Hello please enlighten me further: God does not reconigize a divorce, only our court systems. God sees it still as one flesh under the arranged covenant. But I am confused. What's the consequence of sexual activity between the husband and wife under Godís arrangement? Surely this is not deemed fornication, having sex before marriage, since God sees the couple still married as if the divorce didnít exist. I'm interested in your response.

Thanks in advance. By the away I am going through a divorce, which is out of my control. It's difficult. She left me, not me her. No adultery to my knowledge, just not happy I guess after a very long marriage. I am presently writing my response to the courts to dismiss, which is unlikely in todayís courts run by the devil, even though they are placed by God. †

God does not release a person from his covenant just because a divorce is sought and granted from the state. But even when a person goes against God's laws and divorces his spouse, he is still unmarried. "Now to the married I command, yet not I but the Lord: A wife is not to depart from her husband. But even if she does depart, let her remain unmarried or be reconciled to her husband. And a husband is not to divorce his wife" (I Corinthians 7:10-11). Sex is to take place in marriage (Hebrews 13:4). Therefore a divorced couple are not to have sex until they remarry.
