Question:

I have commited adultery with a married man and now their marriage is breaking. This man and I have realized our mistakes and we ask pardon from God daily. But he is getting divorced. Is it right for me marry him? Would I be committing adultery again?

Answer:

If he is being divorced by his wife because of the adultery he committed, no you cannot marry the man without also committing adultery. "But I say to you that whoever divorces his wife for any reason except sexual immorality causes her to commit adultery; and whoever marries a woman who is divorced commits adultery" (Matthew 5:32).
